In other words, the natural process of hair follicle growth continues after moving from the hair bank to the new area in front of the head or eyebrows.
This in itself is one of the benefits of hair transplants over techniques such as hair restoration. And basically, after a hair transplant, people expect the transplanted hair to continue to grow naturally after a while, like other hair. Of course keep in mind that some of the implanted hair falls out sometime after the hair follicles are transplanted and reappears sometime later, so there is usually nothing to worry about.
Hair loss or growth is naturally different at different times. In both women and men, hair follicles fall out at different ages, and then new hair begins to grow back to normal. Hair loss usually occur in the spring and fall. In general, hair growth is in several stages

Factors affecting hair growth

Telogen:

this stage is actually the period of rest or sleep period of hair follicles. In this period, which is often estimated to be about fourteen percent of hair follicles in this state, the hair follicles rest for three months.
Anagen:
the hair growth stage called anagen, which is estimated to last about three years on average. During this period, that it may take between one and half to seven years, most of the hair is actually in this stage.

Catagen:

catagens period is the period in which hair strands fall out and are then replaced by new hair strands.
Hair growth after transplantation:
Hair loss and regrowth in the new area may occur several times during the first six months, but eventually with the thickening of the roots of the implanted hair, the growth of these hairs will eventually stabilize. In fact, the roots of implanted hair will grow stronger over time and will continue to grow over time.
In fact, the first six months after a hair transplant are a temporary one, and in some cases, it can take up to a year. In general, it can be said that the changes in the follicles implanted in different stages of this period are almost as followings:

First week:

Symptoms usually appear in the first week, such as reddening of the implant area and other thing that are often not a cause for concern and will soon go away.

Second week:

During this period, the transplanted hair begins to fall out for three weeks, and even symptoms such as numbness of the implant area and their hair occur.

One to three months later:

During this period, the new roots of transplanted hair will grow back thin and thin, and over time, their roots will be strengthened.

Five to six months:

About five or six months after hair transplantation, growth is almost normal, and it is estimated that at this stage, hair follicles usually grow between 5 and 7.5 centimeters.
The hair becomes fuller and the growth will be noticeable. During this period, the results of transplanted hair are largely visible.
