FIT or FUE method:

The methods of doing FIT can be divided into four categories:
Manually
Automatic (FUE)
Machine
Robotic
This method is known in Iran as the FIT method and it is also known as non-surgical method and this method is said to be a new method.
This method is much older than the FUT method. This method has been proposed since 1935 and in the 1950 it was used as a hair transplantation method worldwide. Because the number of isolated grafts in this method was low and it was planted in long distances, it created a very ugly view at the planting site. Until 1980, hair transplants were performed only with this method. Until FUT method was proposed for hair transplant with single hair grafts or maximum 4 hair strands in 1980-1981.
The patient should be told that one hair transplant session cannot cause high density in large area, of course, by hair transplanting in multiple sessions, it may be possible to create an acceptable density in one area.

FUT hair transplant method:

This method has been proposed since 1980 for hair transplantation as an alternative to the FUE method. In this method, a strip of 1 to 2 cm wide and 10 to 37 cm long depending on the size of patient’s skull and the area that needs repair and the number of grafts needed to be repaired is removed. The top and bottom of the harvesting site are then connected by sutures. If necessary, the same site can be used for second surgery after 3-5 months. Of course in one FUT session you can cover a wider area of the head that FIT.
